Well, Koreans tend to focus more on skin care than makeup and the product is high quality and cheap to purchase. There is even a saying that Korean has their own skin care line. In a way it's true, but it takes a long time to do all those skin care fast.

I would speically suggest this method for dry skin. When you use your hand you will lose moist of the product you are applying but with a brush you can apply light without irritation. Giving more dewy look than damp look.

For foundation depending what brush type you use the expression changes. Sponge with large holes soaks foundation which helps with controlling the amount which is great for oily skin. But Brush does not waste cosmetic but applies thick which is great for dry skin. Brush also sweep off greasy oil and helps soak in moist into the dry skin.

Skin Care Point : Don't let the brush touch the skin let the cosmetic touch your skin but not the actual brush. So you are sweeping product onto your skin without brush touching. This might take some profession touch but try as you can!

For Dry skin nutrition cream is crucial to keep the skin moist. But in the morning if you are not careful with the amount you can end up making makeup thick or it might turn out cakey. Use Diagonal brush for this.
