I was going through a lot of things since beginning of this year, and I realized how easy my hair would cut off. Literately, you can pull the end of my hair and you will have lumps of hair fall cut off. Even without such pulling I had so many of my hair rolling around the ground when I just vacuumed! It was so terrible, I knew what the reasons for my hair damage. Stress!
Well, there are other reasons for hair damage, like hair dye, perming and of course stress. I heard once it starts to fall, this can easily get worse! After reading some medical article, I decided it's time to research. I did a lot of studying and I finally got all the information you need to regain your hair health!
**After all of this if you still find your hair not able to gain back health, I advice you cut it, because the condition can spread. If you are unsure, please go visit a doctor to find the right treatment for your hair**
There are three types when it comes to hair condition. To test out your hair condition this is what you do. Hold a few hair, about thick as a chopstick, and wet it with water and pull both ends and see what happens. Or you can pull both ends after you took a shower. Same concept as how the hair dresser always seems to know your hair health after they wash it with water.

Estella, this post came at a really good time! I am having the same problem too! My hair just falls whenever I run my fingers through my hair or when I comb it!): it even falls when I'm doing nothing! Not sure where I've gone wrong, since I don't dye my hair! My hair condition has just been bad since I came back from overseas a year ago!
ReplyDeleteHmm, I wonder why, there is so many reasons when it comes to hair loss, so all you can is to try to treat with what you can, if that don't work doctor might help. I've introduce some methods that I used to help my hair loss and it worked tremendously now my hair loss is much reduced.
