Skin Care for Spring : Increase Your Skin Immunity!

In the Spring my skin start to send those sensitivity alert. Breaking out on perfectly good products that I used just a day ago. It gets worse after the cold days and sudden warmer temperature. My skin turns flaky and skin trouble starts to appear. This is all because of your decrease of immune which is effecting your skin.



I'll give you some tips to get your skin shield up and strong.

1. Reduce Clothes That Cause Sensitivity
Anything that using chemical made fabric and thick dye is something that cause irritation. No tights yet for the spring it blocks blood flow and I advice you to wear that for the summer. Anything cotton fabric is good alternative.

2. Have A Good 20 Minute Under the Sun Light
We do need the sunlight to give ourselves a good immune by opening up our blood vessels which helps your blood flow.

How I Do This?
My face is protected by sun block. But not in the morning before I do my skin care. I love a good Black Tea before I get my life started that's when I gaze out the window like a cat. (getting my sun light the same time!)

3. Pull Away From Salt
Salt speed ups aging by stealing away moist from your college within your skin. Reducing with salt also helps with fighting off the sleepy feeling that happens in spring after lunch.

4. Fresh Fruit Is The Rule of Beauty
Like always fruits is great for your skin and your health. Eat a lot of apple, lemon, orange, grape, tomato, pomegranate which has a lot of vitamin C. Especially apple has hemoglobin that helps with blood flow and skin strengthening.

5. Aerobic Exercise Helps With Skin Immunity
One temperature up means 5 times stronger immunity! A good aerobic exercise helps with getting your toxic out of your body. This is how you keep your skin moist and dewy glow.

How I do this?
Yoga is my favorite aerobic exercise. I do them before sleep because I am lazy to do it during morning. I gotta snooze off!

6. Release Your Stress By Nice Foot bath
If you do foot Bath it helps with blood flow and waste out toxic. This really helps your body to have higher immune system.
*In the temperature of 40~42℃(warm water) and do it for 10~20 minutes*

How I do this?
At night when I do good night care I put a warm water in a bucket and step in my foot. I also love to put in mint

We need to take care of our bodies from losing its immune system. Both for our skin and for our body so that we don't get those spring flue. These tips will really help with your health during the seasonal change .
